Students in my math class need to finish the math page they started in class. Some of the spelling tests show me that students are not studying as much as they should be. Please encourage your child to study more. I have a plastic bowl with a green lid in my room that was left after the Halloween party. If you are missing it, please let me know. Specials next week are:

Tonight there is no reading homework, but there is one sheet of math to complete. Tomorrow morning is a spelling test and a unit test in reading. Please have the students practice their words tonight. Tomorrow is the last day to turn in canned goods for the National Junior Honor Society. Tuesday is our end of the month free dress day for those students who have earned it. Spelling packets are coming home in Friday folders, but they will not be due until the week after Thanksgiving. No Friday folders will come home next week.

No reading homework tonight, but one sheet of math. Spelling packets are due Thursday. Please have your child read to you any decodables that they bring home. When the weather is bad we will be waiting by the front office. Parents can come inside to pick up the students.

Wow is it cold!!! Jackets are now a must. My math and reading group both have homework. They are not time consuming so it should go quick. Please don't forget to turn in your permission slips and $1 for the Imagination Makers. Specials this week are:
